  • Do I need to speak spanish?

    Not at all. We provide english services while in our clinic, and you'll be picked up at the airport by an english-speaking driver. While traveling around the city you may find some people don't speak english at all, but most schools teach mandatory english as a second language, so the percentage of people who understand at least the most basic form of english is rather high in Guadalajara.


  • What's the weather like?

    Over the course of a year, the temperature typically varies from 40°F to 89°F and is rarely below 33°F or above 93°F.

    The warm season lasts from April 9 to June 11 with an average daily high temperature above 87°F. The hottest day of the year is May 11, with an average high of 89°F and low of 56°F.

    The cold season lasts from November 27 to February 9 with an average daily high temperature below 78°F. The coldest day of the year is January 14, with an average low of 40°F and high of 75°F.


  • What's the current exchange? Can I use my credit cards?

    Most places take credit cards (we certainly do!), or you can always choose to take traveler's checks with you. There are banks everywhere in the city, so you don't have to worry about that.

    You'll be staying at the beautiful Malibu Hotel, located right in the middle of the city and next to a big shopping mall where you can find anything you'd need.

    Your stay includes a delicious bufete breakfast for two people (please let us know if more people are coming) everyday, a spacious room with A/C, TV, comfortable double beds or king-sized beds, coffee machine, electronic safe, free high speed internet access, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, marble bathrooms, mini bar, 24-hour room service, wake up service, electronic locks, and more.


  • Where will the surgery take place?

    Depending on the procedure and availability your surgery is done at one of three hospitals we work very closely with.

    Any of these hospitals is a world class facility with english speaking doctors and nurses who'll take good care of you. You'll be staying for one or two nights (three in some rare cases) and will walk out on your own, so you can enjoy the city afterwards.
